WordPress Designer & Developer (UI/UX + Figma) – Full Time

Location: Jumeirah Garden City, Al Satwa, Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 1,500 per month (Starting Package)
Visa: Candidate must have their own valid UAE visa (Visit Visa, Freelance Visa, Family Visa, Golden Visa, etc.)

About the Opportunity

Tendel Clinic is looking for a highly motivated and talented WordPress Designer & Developer who can both design and develop high-converting websites and landing pages. We are not looking for someone who only knows website development. We need a professional who understands the complete website creation process—from UI/UX design and Figma mockups to WordPress development, optimization, hosting, security, and performance.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong career in digital marketing, web design, and website development while working on projects in one of the world's most competitive markets—Dubai.

Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Design & UI/UX

• Design modern, professional, and conversion-focused websites.
• Create wireframes and UI/UX layouts in Figma.
• Design landing pages optimized for lead generation.
• Create user-friendly website experiences.
• Design websites that meet modern Dubai market standards.
• Create engaging website sections, banners, and visual elements.

WordPress Development

• Develop websites using WordPress from scratch.
• Build responsive websites that work perfectly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Customize themes and plugins.
• Configure forms, CRM integrations, tracking tools, and analytics.
• Develop landing pages focused on generating leads and conversions.
• Implement best practices for website structure and user experience.

Website Optimization & Technical Management

• Optimize website speed and performance.
• Improve Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed scores.
• Manage hosting environments and server configurations.
• Handle website migrations and backups.
• Configure SSL certificates and security settings.
• Troubleshoot technical website issues independently.
• Optimize websites for maximum performance and stability.

SEO & Marketing Understanding

• Understand technical SEO fundamentals.
• Create SEO-friendly website structures.
• Optimize landing pages for local Dubai competition.
• Implement conversion-focused website strategies.
• Understand customer journey and lead-generation funnels.

Creative & Interactive Content

• Design website graphics and creative assets.
• Create interactive website sections and animations.
• Develop engaging user experiences.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve campaign performance.

AI Tools (Preferred)

Candidates who can use modern AI tools will have an advantage.
