Role Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack WordPress Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing WordPress websites for a variety of clients across different industries. You will take ownership of the complete development lifecycle from initial concepts and technical planning to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate is someone who can translate design concepts into fully functional websites, solve complex technical challenges, and ensure high-quality deliverables. You will collaborate closely with our design, QA, and project management teams to ensure that every project meets client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements.
• Convert design files (Figma/PSD/XD) into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, strong UI/UX, and secure coding practices.
• Maintain and enhance existing WordPress websites, addressing bugs, updates, and performance improvements.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and overall performance.
• Manage both front-end and back-end development, including server interactions and database structure.
• Integrate third-party tools such as APIs, CRMs, payment gateways, and marketing platforms.
• Ensure clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure projects are fully tested and delivered bug-free.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress releases, tools, security updates, and development standards.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and jQuery.
• Deep understanding of WordPress core, custom theme development, plugin architecture, and hooks/filters.
• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and major page builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery).
• Strong database knowledge including MySQL queries, optimization, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with integrating APIs, payment gateways, and other third-party services.
• Good understanding of SEO fundamentals, caching, and performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to independently manage tasks, troubleshoot issues, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Required Qualification & Experience

• 4-5 years of professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating custom WordPress projects is mandatory.
