Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Development:
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
• Ensure website performance, security, and scalability on WordPress platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues on WordPress websites.
• Implement and maintain custom post types, fields, and taxonomies.
• Manage website migrations, backups, and updates.
• PHP Development:
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable PHP code for custom WordPress functionalities.
• Work with APIs to integrate third-party tools and services.
• Optimize website performance with attention to PHP execution and speed.
• Content Integration & Writing Support:
• Collaborate with content teams to integrate text, images, and other media into WordPress websites.
• Assist in basic content writing for blog posts, product descriptions, or landing page content.
• Ensure content is SEO-friendly by using appropriate keywords and structures.
• Edit and format content within WordPress, ensuring proper alignment with design and UI standards.
• Collaboration:
• Work with designers, content writers, and other developers to create a seamless web experience.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to plan and implement new features or functionalities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress and PHP developments, best practices, and web trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress:
• At least 2 years of experience in WordPress development, including theme and plugin customization.
• Proficiency in PHP:
• Strong knowledge of PHP and its application in WordPress development.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and the ability to incorporate SEO best practices in content creation.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct text.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with MySQL databases and how WordPress interacts with them.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git is a plus).
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar is a plus.
• Knowledge of website optimization techniques (speed, SEO, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Basic graphic design skills (using tools like Photoshop or Figma) to assist with minor visual content.
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools to track and analyze web traffic.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and its application in WordPress development.
• Basic Content Writing Knowledge:
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and the ability to incorporate SEO best practices in content creation.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct text.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Familiarity with MySQL databases and how WordPress interacts with them.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
