Pay: 50,000.00 (PKR) - 60,000.00 (PKR) per month

Salary: PKR 50,000 - 60,000 (based on experience)

Shift Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Off Days: Saturday and Sunday

Job Description:

WayTech Solutions is looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in developing and customizing WordPress websites, integrating plugins, and ensuring high-performance, responsive design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites according to company or client specifications.
• Create and manage custom themes, templates, and plugins.
• Optimize websites for speed, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, plugins, and server configurations.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive web development.
• Implement SEO best practices and ensure website compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Regularly update WordPress core, themes, and plugins to ensure security and functionality.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance site functionality.
• Test and debug issues across various platforms and devices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (at least 2-3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins.
• Experience with page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization (caching, image optimization, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
