Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites with clean, optimized code.
• Customize themes, plugins, and integrations as per project requirements.
• Ensure responsive, fast-loading, and mobile-friendly website designs.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies (meta tags, schema, keyword optimization, etc.).
• Conduct regular website audits to improve site performance and search rankings.
• Monitor site speed, security, and technical SEO factors.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and WordPress trends, Google algorithms, and best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams for website improvements and SEO campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast, RankMath, etc.).
• Knowledge of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with cPanel, hosting environments, and domain management.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce and other major WordPress plugins.
• Knowledge of local SEO, backlinking strategies, and content optimization.
• Understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead generation.
• Previous work in industries like real estate, F&B, or retail will be an added advantage.
