WordPress & Elementor Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative WordPress & Elementor Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing a variety of websites, including business websites, catalog websites, and e-commerce stores.

The ideal candidate is highly independent, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering modern, responsive, SEO-friendly websites while utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor.
• Build responsive websites optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Create business, catalog, and e-commerce websites based on project requirements.
• Implement SEO best practices and AI-friendly website structures.
• Manage website hosting, domains, deployments, and basic server configurations.
• Collaborate on website improvements, user experience enhancements, and optimization strategies.
• Utilize AI tools for design, content, development, and workflow automation.
• Ensure website performance, accessibility, and security standards are maintained.
• Work from Figma designs and convert them into functional websites.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development.
• Advanced proficiency with Elementor.
• Experience building business, catalog, and e-commerce websites.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimization.
• Experience working with Figma designs.
• Experience managing domains, hosting environments, and website deployments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for development, design, or content creation.
• Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and accessibility standards.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively recommend improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing WordPress and Elementor projects.
• Experience with WooCommerce.
• Experience using AI-assisted design, copywriting, or development tools.
• Understanding of modern web design trends and user experience principles.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4 hours per day (Minimum 80 hours/month)
