Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

• WordPress Development & Publishing
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Publish and manage website content, pages, blogs, and media.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly designs.
• Customize themes and plugins as per business requirements.
• Ensure consistency in branding, UI/UX, and performance.

Elementor Expertise

• Design and build pages using Elementor (Pro preferred).
• Create reusable templates, dynamic layouts, and responsive designs.
• Optimize Elementor pages for speed and SEO.
• Troubleshoot Elementor-related issues and conflicts.

Website Migration & Deployment

• Perform full website migrations between hosting providers.
• Handle domain pointing, DNS configuration, and SSL setup.
• Ensure zero/minimal downtime during migrations.
• Validate post-migration integrity and performance.

Backup & Restore Management

• Implement automated and manual backup strategies.
• Perform full and partial website restorations when required.
• Ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
• Security & Malware Handling
• Identify and clean infected or hacked WordPress websites.
• Remove malware, backdoors, and malicious scripts.
• Implement security hardening (firewalls, login protection, etc.).
• Monitor vulnerabilities and apply timely patches.

Hosting & Server Management

• Manage hosting environments including:
• cPanel / WHM
• Hostinger
• GoDaddy
• Configure email accounts, databases, and file systems.
• Optimize server performance and troubleshoot hosting issues.
• Manage FTP/SFTP access and server permissions.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize website speed (Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN).
• Minimize load times and improve overall performance.
• Debug performance bottlenecks and resolve issues.

SEO & Best Practices

• Implement on-page SEO best practices.
• Ensure proper meta tags, schema, and URL structures.
• Optimize images, scripts, and assets for search engines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer/Publisher.
• Strong expertise in Elementor (including advanced features).
• Solid understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Website migrations
• Backup & restore processes
• Malware removal and security hardening
• Proficiency in hosting environments:
• cPanel / WHM
• Hostinger, GoDaddy, and similar platforms
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
• Familiarity with DNS, SSL, CDN, and domain management.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce.
• Knowledge of performance tools (GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights).
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Experience managing multiple websites simultaneously.
