WordPress Web Developer - Night Shift - On-site at Trifen Tech (F-6 Islamabad)

Overview

Trifen Tech is seeking a dedicated and experienced WordPress Web Developer to join our team for a permanent, on-site night shift position at our F-6 Islamabad office.

You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, including managing website life cycles, theme/plugin customization, and ensuring high-performance standards for our international client portfolio.

CRITICAL NOTE ON SCHEDULE: This is a night shift position. Candidates MUST be available to work the entire shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Pakistan Time (PKT), Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality WordPress websites from concept to launch, focusing on clean code and robust functionality.
• Theme & Plugin Management: Customise premium themes and plugins (including custom post types, hooks, and filters) to meet specific client requirements without compromising stability.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure all websites are fast, scalable, and responsive across all devices and browsers, with a focus on core web vitals and SEO best practices.
• Integration: Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and various marketing tools (e.g., CRMs, email services).
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine security audits, backups, updates, and rapid troubleshooting to resolve complex issues during the night shift.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in WordPress web development.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command over HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP (intermediate level).
• WordPress Mastery: Deep understanding of the WordPress core, database structure (MySQL), and the ability to work comfortably with popular page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi).
• Security & Speed: Proven ability to implement security measures and expert-level skills in website speed optimization.
• Professional Reliability: Absolute commitment to punctual attendance and professional focus during the entire 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PKT night shift at the F-6 office.
