Part‑Time Web Developer (Growth Track) — Pc Wizard

Who we are
Pc Wizard is an Oklahoma‑based tech company that makes IT and web services easy and effective for small businesses. We value helpfulness, creativity, and clean code. This role starts at 32 hours/week with room to grow.

What you’ll do

• Design and build modern, responsive websites and landing pages (WordPress + Elementor or similar)
• Optimize pages for mobile, Core Web Vitals, and basic SEO (titles, schema, internal links)
• Maintain and troubleshoot sites (updates, backups, staging → production)
• Assist with Google Business Profile and basic Google Ads tracking
• Set up simple GA4/GTM events for conversions and reporting
• Collaborate on copy and layout to improve conversions and brainstorm new ideas

Must‑haves

• Portfolio of 3+ sites you built (include URLs and your contributions)
• WordPress + Elementor proficiency (or equivalent modern WP workflow)
• Strong HTML/CSS/JS; ability to build responsive layouts from scratch if needed
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals and on‑page SEO
• Clear client communication; organized and detail‑oriented
• Local/hybrid: must live within ~45 min of Duncan, OK for occasional in‑person work

Nice‑to‑haves

• Experience with Tailwind, block editor, or other lightweight builders
• GA4/GTM custom events, A/B testing, heatmaps
• Image optimization (WebP/AVIF), caching, CDN
• Git workflow and reusable component libraries
