Responsibilities:
- Serves as a point of contact to staff, clients, vendors, and outside agencies.
- Responds to inquiries for maintenance issues.
- Under direct supervision, assists in the day-to-day administration and scheduling for large projects, emergency requests for services, and preventive maintenance through the Computerized Maintenance Management Information System (CMMS).
- Administers and coordinates the necessary documentation for applicable regulatory compliance.
- Performs various administrative duties for Integrated Operations requiring excellent customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
Requirements:
- High School education/equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years’ work experience is required.
- Experience with CMMS preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management and office administration skills to administer schedules and management information systems for a large department. Ability to maintain accurate bookkeeping and budget records.
- Must be proficient in Windows and Microsoft software, calculator, and other automated office equipment.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
