Summary

• Maintain accurate client records in company systems
• Monitor open requests and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve account-related issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, account assistance, or administrative support is a plus
• Familiar with CRM software, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
