Work Leader, Central Transport

Full-time, 40 hours

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday- 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Wednesday 6am-2:30pm.

Summary:
1. Formal Education Required:
a) High School Diploma or equivalent required
2. Experience & Training Required:
a) Minimum of six (6) months of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
b) Patient transportation experience preferred
c) On-the-job training provided and in the Service Response Center
3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications:
a) Strong communication and interpersonal skills
b) Ability to work independently and collaboratively
c) Effective prioritization and organizational skills
d) Adaptability and openness to change
e) Basic computer and data entry proficiency (including Epic systems)
f) Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
4. Level of Physical Demands:
a) Medium: Exerts 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and/or ten to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force continuously to move objects.
b) Walking and standing for extended periods
c) Pushing/pulling stretchers, wheelchairs, and equipment
d) Lifting and assisting with patient movement using proper safety techniques

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay.
