www.stradaglobal.com Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Workato Consultant to lead the design, development, and deployment of integration workflows between Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workato’s low-code automation platform and a strong understanding of HR systems integration. Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable Workato recipes to automate workflows between CSOD and other platforms (e.g., ERP, payroll, collaboration tools).
Develop and maintain custom connectors and API integrations using Workato’s HTTP connector.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data integrity and security across integrated systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Document integration architecture, workflows, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 3 years using Workato.
Proven experience integrating Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) with other enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).
Experience with Workato’s custom HTTP connector and recipe lifecycle management.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, especially CSOD modules like Learning, Performance, and Recruiting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
