Workday

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services.

– Configure and manage REST and SOAP APIs for Workday and third-party systems.

– Implement inbound and outbound integrations for HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and other Workday modules.

– Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for data flows.

– Develop custom XSLT transformations and handle complex data mapping requirements.

– Monitor integration performance and perform regular audits for data accuracy.

– Maintain security roles and domain policies for integration-related data.

– Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

– Document integration designs, workflows, and support procedures.

– Build custom reports and leverage Workday reporting tools for integration validation.
