Workday Analyst – Reports & Dashboards (immediate joiners only)

Location: Remote (1–2 client visits/month in Noida, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai, Indore, Pune)
Experience: 3+ years
Contract: 6 months, extendable up to 2 years
Salary: ₹70,000/month

Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Analyst (Workday) to support ERP systems, create advanced reports & dashboards, and manage upgrades/enhancements. This is a contractual role ideal for candidates with strong Workday reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build & support Workday reports and dashboards (matrix, composite, advanced).
• Manage ERP module deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Handle change control requests, migrations, access, and security.
• Monitor ServiceNow tickets and respond to urgent issues.
• Document business needs and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Provide on-call support for critical issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with Workday reports & dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Workday focus).
• Ability to turn functional requirements into technical deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
