Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Design and implement integration solutions to meet business requirements.
- Work with XML, XSLT, CSV, and JSON for data transformation and mapping.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot integration issues, and support end-to-end testing efforts.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
- Ensure integrations comply with security standards, data governance policies, and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration designs and support procedures.
- Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.
Required Skills:
- 4 6 years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
- Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, CSV, and JSON.
- Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and integration testing skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving HR and IT teams.
