o § Reporting & People Analytics
o § Projects module
o § Workday Extend
- · Assess and execute the plan developed with Client Management
- · Workday Operational Support
- · Address end user incidents, requests submitted to HRIS team via client Help desk ""HR Help""
- · Investigate and perform break-fix resolution, service restoration, configuration changes, root cause analysis
- · Assist with Workday production data updates, mass data loads, mass data corrections
- · Run and review Data Audit Reports to maintain data integrity.
- · Support Semi-annual Workday functional releases
- · Configure and implement new automatically available features and functionality based on business requirements and available capacity of the Consultant staff
- · Semi-annually discuss product roadmap and Demo setups required for new Workday features
- · Assist Client with Workday security setup and security role assignments "
