- Manage configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules
- Support end-to-end implementation or enhancement of Workday features
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions
- Develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday
- Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and ensuring smooth adoption of new features
- Handle security, business processes, and integrations as needed
- Provide production support and resolve Workday-related issues within defined SLAs
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
Required Skills & Experience:- Hands-on experience in Workday Human Capital Management
- Strong expertise in at least one or more of the following: Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Security, Integrations, Reporting
- Experience in Workday configuration and business process setup
- Good understanding of HR processes and compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Workday Certification(s) preferred
