Integration Analyst Position Summary

The Workday Integration Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Workday integrations with other business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, Workday Web Services (WWS), and other integration technologies.

Integration Analyst Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience

  • A minimum of two (2) years of Workday experience minimum doing integrations required.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience with Workday reporting and basic integrations, including a strong foundation in report building and data analysis preferred.
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting tools (e.g., Composite and Transposed Reporting) and familiarity with Workday integration tools preferred.
  • Willingness to learn advanced integration configurations, such as Workday Studio, is essential preferred.
  • HR Management platform (Workday) configuration & interface development experience preferred.
  • At least four (4) years IT experience from a technical delivery background in Middleware and SOA preferred.
  • Programming language experience in Java preferred.
  • UI development experience using HTML, CSS, Java Script, AngularJS framework preferred.
  • In-depth RDBMS development experience preferred (i.e. SQL Server, MySQL or equivalent)
  • Hands on experience in SDLC processes and agile based development preferred.
  • Experience developing on and interfacing with cloud computing platforms such as AWS preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring based application development preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with continuous integration and build automation (Jenkins or equivalent) preferred.
  • ESB experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) or equivalent preferred.
  • Candidates should have broad information systems experience preferred.

Integration Analyst Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday with call, primarily day shift.
  • Overtime may be required.

Integration Analyst Position Benefits

  • At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
