Workday Integration Cloud

• Design and develop integrations using Workday Integration Cloud tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF)
• Support end-to-end integration lifecycle: requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and documentation
• Troubleshoot integration errors, monitor dashboards, and ensure timely issue resolution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration needs and deliver scalable solutions
• Build and optimize calculated fields, reports, and custom objects as needed
• Work with security, business processes, and data teams to ensure alignment
• Support Workday releases, regression testing, and feature adoption
• Maintain integration documentation and follow development standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience in Workday Integration Cloud
• Strong expertise in Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI/PICOF
• Experience with XML, XSLT, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and related technologies
• Good understanding of Workday data structures and business processes
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Workday Integration or Studio Certification preferred
