We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Resource with 6–8 years of experience, specializing in Workday HCM reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards to support HR, finance, and business stakeholders. This role requires strong expertise in Workday Report Writer, Advanced Reports, Composite Reports, and Prism Analytics (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards (Standard, Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports)
Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into scalable Workday solutions
Develop calculated fields, custom reports, and data extracts
Support HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent reporting needs
Create and manage Workday dashboards
Optimize report performance
Provide support for data audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements
Work with cross-functional teams including Business HR, HRIT, and IT to deliver reporting solutions
Assist in Workday releases, testing, and deployment of new reporting features
Maintain documentation for reports, data definitions, and reporting processes
Support integrations and data extracts as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
6–8 years of overall experience in HRIS/Reporting
4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in:
Workday Report Writer (Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports)
Calculated Fields
Workday dashboards and discovery boards
Experience with:
Prism Analytics (preferred)
Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.)
Familiarity with EIB, Workday Studio, or integrations (good to have)
Strong understanding of data structures and reporting best practices
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Certification in Reporting or HCM
Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $48.08/hour - $75.12/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
