Title:  Senior Workday Analyst - Finance
Location:  Charleston, SC or remote
Duration: Direct hire
Compensation:  $105-130K

Job Description

• The Senior Workday Analyst is responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing solutions that enhance the overall effectiveness of the Workday platform.
• This role is actively involved in system evaluation and analysis that lead to operational improvements within a supported vertical such as Spend, Finance, Payroll, HCM, or Technology.
• The candidate should possess a functional understanding of both operational and technical components within their area of expertise in order to independently and effectively design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve reported system problems.
• This position requires strong collaboration with customers, peers, technical teams, and operations staff to help address and resolve business challenges.

Additional Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday sustainment experience, either in system configuration or as an implementer, preferably with a Workday Partner.
• 4+ years of business operations experience within the relevant vertical area.
• Bachelor’s degree required, or 5+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
• Workday Pro certification or an Implementation certification from a Workday Partner is considered a plus.
• Willingness to obtain Workday Pro certification within 12 months of hire.
• Experience identifying, designing, testing, and deploying business operations processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Experience with EPIC to Workday integration and/or Accounting Center is considered an advantage.
• Previous experience working with a Workday Implementation Partner and/or within Healthcare or University environments is a plus.
• Experience in the following areas: Cash & Banking, Customer Accounts, Business Assets, Budgets, FDM, Financial Accounting, and Grants.
