- Configure, enhance, and support Workday Talent, Performance, Succession, and Learning modules
- Work closely with HR leaders to understand talent strategies and translate them into Workday solutions
- Manage Talent Reviews, Goal Management, Career Development, and Competency frameworks
- Drive end-to-end configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Support Workday releases, regression testing, and feature adoption
- Develop talent-related dashboards, scorecards, and advanced reports
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure process alignment with HR policies and organizational standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in Workday Talent Management or related Workday modules
- Strong hands-on expertise in Talent, Performance, Succession, or Learning
- Experience in configuration, business process setup, and tenant management
- Strong understanding of HR Talent processes and frameworks
- Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Workday Certifications preferred (Talent, Performance, Learning, HCM)
