We seek talented Workers’ Compensation Attorneys at the Associate, Senior Attorney, or Partner level to join our fully remote team. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, client-focused, and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.

This is a remote position; however, team members must be California residents and will work closely with a Managing Partner based in Los Angeles. Our onboarding and collaboration processes ensure seamless integration into our tech-forward, cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation files from inception to resolution
  • Represent clients at hearings, depositions, trials, and other legal proceedings
  • Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of California workers’ compensation law and regulations
  • Participate in firm-wide knowledge sharing, training, and business development.

Qualifications

  • Active membership in the State Bar of California (required)
  • Must reside in California
  • 2–10+ years of experience in workers’ compensation law
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment with periodic video meetings
  • Familiarity with legal document management systems (e.g., Practice Master, MerusCase, ProLaw, A1 Law) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
