Workers' Compensation Attorney

Midkiff, Muncie & Ross, P.C., an AV-rated, regional insurance defense firm, seeks experienced associate (1 – 5 years) with strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills for its’ workers’ compensation group. Experience handling all phases of workers' compensation litigation including pretrial motions, depositions, expert witnesses and trial preparation necessary; some civil litigation experience a plus. Virginia Bar admission is required. EOE.
