Location: California – Remote/Hybrid + WCAB Travel

Type: Full-Time | Salary| $4,800–$5,600.00/month(DOE), plus mileage and travel cost reimbursement for WCAB appearances

About Us: We’re a dedicated applicant-side workers’ compensation law firm fighting to protect the rights of injured workers throughout California. Our firm values professionalism, compassion, and results. We’re currently looking for a skilled Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative to join our team and represent clients at WCAB (Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board) hearings, MSCs, and trials.

What You’ll Do:

· Represent injured workers at WCAB hearings, trials, MSCs, and expedited hearings. Must be able to appear in person, when necessary, at all California boards.

· Review medical records, QME/AME reports, and deposition transcripts to prepare cases.

· Draft necessary pleadings and settlement documents (Pretrial Conf. Statement, C&Rs, Stips).

· Zealously negotiate favorable settlements for clients.

· Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and WCAB judges.

· Maintain an organized case calendar and track hearing deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

· 2+ years of experience representing applicants before the WCAB, including at trials.

· Strong understanding of California workers' compensation law and WCAB procedures.

· Confident oral advocate with experience negotiating and litigating.

· Familiar with EAMS and electronic filing.

· Able to travel to California WCAB offices as needed, including Van Nuys, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Anaheim, San Diego, Santa Ana, San Bernardino, Riverside, Salinas, San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, Lodi, Santa Barbara, etc.
