Job Description
The WF Belonging and Engagement Partner Junior role serves as a internal consultant and business partner, meeting team members where they are to help guide career paths and further cultivate employee engagement. Works closely with colleagues in Development and across LCE. Acts as a business partner to consult with team members to identify learning needs and opportunities to continuously improve learning practices. Collaborates to help define and deliver enhanced employee experiences for onboarding, learning, and team building while unlocking passion, purpose, and strengths.
Essential Functions

Program Creation and Management: Supports employee development programs that impact the career enrichment of Ent employees including determining the correct instructional method and executing the courses to maximize employee engagement. (hybrid, in-person, synchronous online, and/or asynchronous). Collaborates with the Belonging team to ideate and develop future internal course and program offerings. Collaborates across the organization to collect and share information from staff interactions to drive programming. Explores and suggests ways to refine current or create new processes to streamline and enhance employee experiences related to career enrichment and the overall employee experience. Assists with special projects as needed to support new departmental and organizational initiatives. Champions the credit union system from general knowledge to advocacy through employee learning programs to ensure understanding of who they work for and why, as their career progresses. Facilitates, hosts, and/or supports learning sessions for all programs managed under the Career Enrichment and Belonging umbrella.

Consult: Maintains in-depth knowledge of internal and external course offerings relevant to professional goals while working directly with business line leaders and teams to provide day-to-day learning and development. Establishes and maintains an understanding of the departments making up the business and how they must function together to enable member value delivery. Meets regularly with business units and builds trusted relationships with leaders and individual contributors. Understands business unit trends, development goals, and objectives to assess learning needs. Recommends primary career enrichment options to assist each business unit. Creates applicable solutions for consult outcomes to include team impact tools such as meeting structures, team charters, onboarding, career development, and learning culture tools and resources.

Support: Workforce Belonging and Engagement team. Uses productivity tools (example Workfront) to organize Belonging team project work. Develops reporting structures and processes that support WFB&E. Communicates with all levels of employees about WFB&E programming.

Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.
Qualifications
Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position

Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or similar relevant field.

REQUIRED: 2+ years' combined experience in Human Resources, Development, Learning, Education, Member Service, curriculum delivery / development, career pathing / counseling, or related experience.
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
-
Proficient knowledge of learning techniques, styles, and external/internal materials.

Excellent communication skills to communicate with all levels of team members throughout the organization.

Technically savvy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Extensive knowledge and practical application of learning and development methods.

Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly.

Strong interpersonal, persuasive, written/verbal communication.

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $30.24 to $33.39 per hour (S14)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
