Position Title: Workforce Data Analysis Specialist
Location: Qatar
Job Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain workforce analytics to support management and organizational strategy.
- Analyze and interpret a wide range of HR data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and key insights.
- Understand business requirements to evaluate feasibility within CLIENT HR functions.
- Collect and compile HR metrics from multiple sources to support reporting and workforce planning.
- Develop workforce analytics solutions and reporting frameworks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, specifically in data analytics or similar responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and current HR trends.
- Proven experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- High proficiency in MS Office and advanced data analytical tools/applications.
- Strong ability to analyze data and produce actionable recommendations.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
