Position Title: Workforce Data Analysis Specialist

Location: Qatar

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain workforce analytics to support management and organizational strategy.
• Analyze and interpret a wide range of HR data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and key insights.
• Understand business requirements to evaluate feasibility within CLIENT HR functions.
• Collect and compile HR metrics from multiple sources to support reporting and workforce planning.
• Develop workforce analytics solutions and reporting frameworks in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, specifically in data analytics or similar responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and current HR trends.
• Proven experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• High proficiency in MS Office and advanced data analytical tools/applications.
• Strong ability to analyze data and produce actionable recommendations.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
