What You'll Do:

• Analyze workforce data and identify trends to improve efficiency

• Develop recommendations to optimize workforce planning and resource utilization

• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and IT teams to implement WFM strategies

• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous process improvement

• Support and train teams on WFM tools and best practices

• Monitor performance and contribute to business improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies and information security standards

What We're Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience in Workforce Management, project management, or process improvement in BPO Industry

• Bachelor's degree

• English level: B2 or above

• Hands-on experience working with Alvaria and/or Aspect WFM tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Experience with SQL, BI tools, or Workforce Management software is a plus

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
