Key Responsibilities:

• Workforce forecasting and staff scheduling.
• Capacity planning and intraday workforce management.
• Monitor agent performance and utilization.
• Analyze workload trends and recommend staffing adjustments.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Training teams to meet service levels.
