JOB TITLE: Workforce Manager

LOCATION: 9615 Av. Montehiedra Ste. 101, San Juan, PR 00926 (Position allows for partial telecommuting out of the San Juan, PR office)

DUTIES: Manage workforce program staffing to meet weekly, daily & interval level staffing requirements. Provide reporting data on actual staffing variance to requirements and actual staffing variance. Specify the contingencies in place to fill any gaps. Function as the primary Workforce Management Execution contact between Vendor and UHS Ensure all members of the Vendor WF Team are on-boarded through the UHS onboarding process. Manage account expectations, operational influence, and continuous communication on staffing risks, performance risks and staffing requirements. Deploy strategic guidance and optimize results. Plan and execute Vendor WFM elements Monitor hourly Intraday reports to reflect projected and actual Agent staffing levels against staffing requirements. Manage Agent schedule adherence through operational partnership to support staffing to interval level staffing requirements for demand types and other breakout views as defined by UHS via the Intraday and End of Day report processes. Speak to projected & actual staffing performance against staffing requirements & IDP commitments at any time at an interval/intraday, daily & weekly level. Liaison between Vendor Operations Manager & Vendor WF Manager. Submit requests to UHS for exceptions to interval level staffing requirements as needed via the Vendor Workforce Intake SharePoint site Work with Training Coordinator to represent daily status & completion tracking around training and other Agent/representatives offline activities. Position allows for partial telecommuting out of the San Juan, PR office. Supervises direct reports.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept No Degree and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Management- related occupation. Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: Forecasting; Capacity Planning; Budgeting and Scheduling; Real Time Management; MIS; Reporting; Automation; Project Management; Data Analytics; Data Governance; and Payroll.

RATE OF PAY: $ 80,787.00 / per year
