WORKFORCE PLANNING ANALYST (OPERATIONS)

Primary Purpose of the Job:

Support strategic workforce and Qatarization planning for QatarEnergy by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing short-, mid-, and long-term workforce requirements. This process is intended to deliver timely insights that inform leadership decisions regarding strategic workforce initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a larger organization with focus on Strategic Workforce Planning and analytics.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven consulting, process and project management skills as well as change management in driving performance and delivering results.
  • Strong attention to details with good collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Energy industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in quantitative or statistical analysis.
  • Data management skills such as data integrity, data governance frameworks, quality control.
  • Workforce expertise in skills taxonomy, segmentation and capability modelling.
Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or any other relevant discipline.
