Primary Purpose of the Job:
Support strategic workforce and Qatarization planning for QatarEnergy by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing short-, mid-, and long-term workforce requirements. This process is intended to deliver timely insights that inform leadership decisions regarding strategic workforce initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a larger organization with focus on Strategic Workforce Planning and analytics.

Strong communication and influencing skills.

Proven consulting, process and project management skills as well as change management in driving performance and delivering results.

Strong attention to details with good collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Energy industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in quantitative or statistical analysis.

Data management skills such as data integrity, data governance frameworks, quality control.

Workforce expertise in skills taxonomy, segmentation and capability modelling.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or any other relevant discipline.
