Position Overview:

Serves as subject matter expert in workforce insights, forecasts, planning and strategies, developing and executing workforce planning processes to anticipate talent needs, and providing guidance and support on ways to address the needs.

Defines and manages measurement processes to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition and development processes, partnerships, and tools from talent sourcing through vendor management and talent deployment. Gathers internal and external intelligence and translates information into actionable data and/or recommendations.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma

  • Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.


TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years of recent relevant experience.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge of healthcare recruiting and/or sourcing processes, tools and best practices.
  • Understands healthcare operations.
  • Understands the strategic and business needs of the system, operating unit and affiliate.
  • Ability develop, implement and administer programs.
  • Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, with tact and diplomacy, and to present information to a variety of audiences.
  • Critical thinking skills with keen attention to details.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate data and trends, and draw valid conclusions to make sound recommendations.
  • Ability to influence others by persuasion, negotiation, and problem solving.
  • Collaboration skills to facilitate open sharing of information and cooperation with various stakeholders
  • Ability to establish trust and credibility, and to interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of role’s duties while respecting cultural and linguistic differences and fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Organization skills to effectively manage and/or re-prioritize activities and projects to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness.

This role offers hybrid flexibility. It requires regular onsite presence for meetings, trainings, and various events primarily across the Sacramento region and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Pay Range is $114,774.40 to $172,161.60 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
