We are seeking a Workforce Planning Transformation Lead to join our global People team, where innovation knows no borders. The successful candidate leads with impact—shaping enterprise workforce strategy by providing forward-looking insights and enabling data-driven talent decisions that support Sabre’s long-term goals. As a Workforce Planning Transformation Lead at the Senior Principal level, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders, driving critical workforce design and capacity planning initiatives. You will lead company-wide modeling and forecasting efforts and provide deep insights into workforce dynamics, risks and opportunities. This role requires advanced technical, consultative and leadership skills to influence decisions at all levels.
This position has 2 related but distinct roles, with 80% of the work in a Transformation role and 20% of the work in a Workforce Planning role.
