Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

We are expanding our operations in Sierra Vista, AZ, and are seeking two experienced and motivated Project Managers/Superintendents to lead projects in this growing market.

What You’ll Do:

· Supervise residential pool construction projects from start to finish

· Coordinate subcontractors, all in-house employees, inspections, and daily jobsite activities

· Read and interpret construction plans and specifications

· Ensure all work meets company quality standards and schedule milestones

· Communicate effectively with clients, crew, vendors, and internal team

· Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision (pool experience a strong plus)

· Clean driving record

· No DUI/DWI in the past 7 years (any state)

· Ability to read and understand construction plans

· Must pass a criminal background check

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Comfortable managing multiple jobs and priorities

· There are two positions available. One in Sierra Vista and one in Tucson, AZ.
