QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Vocational Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing operations, enterprises, or livelihood initiatives.
• Experience linking economic activities with training, education, or community development is highly desirable.
• NGO, social enterprise, or development-sector experience is an asset.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Practical understanding of small businesses, production processes, or vocational training environments.
• Ability to balance social impact with financial sustainability.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.
