Workshop Advisor

Job Title: Mechanical Advisor / Service Advisor

Karachi, Pakistan (Korangi Industrial Area)

Key Responsibilities

• Assess cost centre drivers vehicle concerns
• Prepare accurate job estimates and repair orders.
• Coordinate daily workflow between drivers, mechanics, and parts suppliers.
• Advise drivers on repair options, service recommendations, and maintenance plans.
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain detailed service records and manage workshop
• Ensure quality work done by labors
• Ensure workshop has required labor available for neccesary work
• Ensure a high level of driver satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certification in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in a service advisor or workshop technician role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostic procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy (experience with workshop management systems is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
