We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Workshop General Manager to lead and manage our automotive service operations across multiple branches in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the automotive industry, and the ability to improve workshop performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily workshop operations across multiple branches.

Develop and implement smooth operational workflows for all service centers.

Create a professional, productive, and organized work environment.

Monitor workshop performance, productivity, KPIs, and service quality standards.

Ensure proper coordination between service advisors, technicians, supervisors, and branch management.

Improve customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.

Build strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, fleet companies, and external partners to bring maintenance business to the company.

Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and service packages to maintain competitive pricing strategies.

Develop marketing and business growth strategies for workshop services.

Ensure proper control of manpower, workshop efficiency, spare parts coordination, and operational costs.

Handle operational challenges and provide effective solutions to improve workflow and profitability.

Train, guide, and motivate workshop teams and branch managers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Prepare management reports and performance analysis for top management.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive workshop/service management.

✅ Strong experience managing multiple branches or large automotive operations.

✅ Deep understanding of automotive service operations, maintenance processes, and workshop workflow management.

✅ Strong leadership and team management skills.

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

✅ Experience in business development and corporate client handling.

✅ Good knowledge of service pricing, costing, profit margins, and market comparison.

✅ Ability to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

✅ Experience in marketing automotive services is highly preferred.

✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operations simultaneously.

✅ Any nationality can apply.

Preferred Skills

Automotive dealership or large workshop experience.

Knowledge of ERP systems such as Odoo is an advantage.

Experience with fleet maintenance operations.

Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
