Workshop & Heavy Equipment Manager

Our client, a group of companies in the field of EPC contracting and Total Facilities Management that has been active in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since the 70s, executing several major and landmark projects for prime clients - is looking for a Workshop & Heavy Equipment Manager for its palace projects.

The role is responsible for ensuring ensure timely completion of work requests & Equipment distributions satisfactorily within the estimated duration.

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience and technical understanding of the workshop.

Key Skills & Competencies

1) Advanced Leadership & supervision: to manage the team and distribute tasks.

2) Advanced Management Skills- to work with multiple tasks.

3) Trade Skills:

• Knowledge of safe operating conditions & the ability to recognize hazards.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance practices for the entire fleet.
• good knowledge of vehicles and equipment

4) Financial skills:

• Knowledge in preparing the budget for the division.
• o monitor the revenue and losses related to division operation in line with the budget.

5) Organization skills- to handle and prioritize multitasks.

6) Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼11,000.00 - ﷼13,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jeddah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• heavy equipment management: 10 years (Required)
• workshop management: 10 years (Required)
