Faisal Movers Logistics Cell is looking for a responsible and well-organized Workshop Job Control Incharge for its Ghaggar Workshop.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage workshop front office and reception operations
• Prepare, update, and maintain job cards for all incoming vehicles
• Record complete and accurate customer and vehicle details
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Controller, and Parts Department
• Update job status in the system (Received, In Process, Completed, Delivered)
• Maintain proper filing, records, and data entry
• Prepare daily workshop reports (vehicle inflow/outflow, pending & completed jobs)
• Communicate job progress updates to customers
• Handle workshop-related calls and inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data confidentiality, and safety SOPs

Required Qualification & Skills:

• Minimum Graduation / Masters preferred
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in workshop, automobile, or maintenance operations
• Basic knowledge of workshop job card system and procedures
• Computer literacy (MS Excel / Office, basic software handling)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs1.00 per month
