Role Overview
The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing all workshop activities, ensuring the highest quality of service and maintaining the smooth operation of the workshop through effective leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a bike workshop, exceptional technical skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all workshop activities.
- Ensure the highest quality of service is provided to all customers.
- Manage inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are in stock.
- Train and mentor the workshop team to ensure they are knowledgeable about all products and services.
- Ensure the workshop is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
Requirements for the Role
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Bike Workshop Manager
- Exceptional Technical skills as a Bike Mechanic
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for cycling
