Workshop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations, job allocation, workflow, and turnaround time.
• Lead, train, and supervise technicians, foremen, and service advisors.
• Provide technical support for complex diagnostics and ensure compliance with OEM and safety standards.
• Review job cards, estimates, labour hours, and billing accuracy.
• Coordinate with parts and operations teams to ensure smooth job flow and timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, first-time fix rate, and workshop utilization.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and workshop assets.
• Handle customer approvals, technical queries, and complaint resolution professionally.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, HSE standards, and workshop safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and prioritize workload effectively.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Experience with workshop management software and diagnostic tools preferred.
• UAE automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
