Workshop planner - Joinery

The Workshop Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring all joinery production activities to ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials while meeting project deadlines and quality standards.

• Prepare detailed production schedules based on project timelines and site requirements.
• Develop weekly and daily production plans for machining, assembly, polishing, and finishing sections.
• Allocate manpower and machines based on workload and priority.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Design Team for drawing release status.
• Ensure material availability before production scheduling.
• Monitor production progress and update management on delays or bottlenecks.
• Optimize workflow to improve productivity and reduce idle time.
• Track production output versus planned targets.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules with logistics and site teams.
• Maintain production planning records and reports.

• Diploma / bachelor’s degree in production engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in joinery workshop planning or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of joinery production processes (cutting, edging, veneering, polishing, assembly).
• Experience in production scheduling and resource planning.
• Proficient in MS Excel and production planning tools.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to BD620.000 per month
