Overview of the Role

The Workshop Supervisor will oversee and manage daily repair and maintenance operations within the workshop. The primary objective is to ensure maximum productivity, optimal workflow, and high technical efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and meeting business performance targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently allocate work bays and plan workshop capacity and loading.
  • Optimize productivity and workshop output, with ongoing evaluation for continuous improvement.
  • Manage technicians’ time booking and maintain accurate updates in the incentive system.
  • Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed on the workshop floor.
  • Implement dealer standards and maintain quality inspection processes.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the team, ensuring access to necessary training and development.
  • Conduct daily and weekly team meetings to track performance and workflow.
  • Address product concerns, follow escalation procedures, and ensure timely resolution to support customer satisfaction.


Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5–7 years of experience in an automotive dealership, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a service department.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive dealer/distributor operations, MS Office, and ERP systems.

About the Team

You will lead a team of 11 technicians and report directly to the Service Manager . The department is focused on meeting service revenue targets while maintaining excellent operational standards and customer satisfaction.
