Workshop Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out with 15+ years of experience in interior fit-out manufacturing and workshop operations, mainly in carpentry and joinery supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workshop production activities for interior fit-out and joinery works.
• Manage carpentry team, machine operators, painters, and fabricators to ensure smooth workflow.
• Read and understand shop drawings, production drawings, and material specifications.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure quality control of furniture, joinery, and fit-out items before dispatch/site installation.
• Coordinate with project managers, production engineers, procurement, and site teams.
• Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of workshop machinery and tools.
• Implement workshop safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Handle manpower allocation and productivity monitoring.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in interior fit-out workshop supervision.
• Strong background in carpentry and joinery production.
• Experience in handling customized furniture, wardrobes, cabinets, wall cladding, doors, and decorative fit-out works.
• Ability to lead workshop teams and manage production targets.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, hardware, and production processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Experience in UAE/GCC interior fit-out industry preferred.
