Workshop Supervisor (Machining)

Job Overview:
Meraj Limited is looking for an experienced and skilled Workshop Supervisor (Machining) to oversee day-to-day machining operations, manage manpower, ensure production targets, and maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise machining activities including lathe, milling, drilling, and CNC operations.
• Allocate tasks to machinists and technicians and monitor daily work progress.
• Ensure timely completion of machining jobs as per production requirements.
• Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Inspect machined parts for quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Coordinate with the production and design teams for job scheduling.
• Maintain tools, machines, and equipment in optimal working condition.
• Prepare daily work reports and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• DAE in Mechanical Technology (mandatory).
• 5–6 years of experience in machining workshop supervision.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and ensure accuracy.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Candidates living in or near Korangi Industrial Area will be given preference.
