Die Cutting Supervisor

Job Purpose:

Supervise die-cutting operations to ensure timely, accurate, and quality cutting of paper packaging products.

· Manage daily die-cutting machine operations to meet production targets.

· Ensure proper setup, die alignment, and cutting accuracy on paperboard sheets.

· Inspect finished cuts for quality defects and coordinate corrective actions.

· Lead and train die-cutting operators and helpers.

· Ensure machine maintenance and safety compliance in the work area.

· Maintain production records and report to management.

Requirements:

· 3–5 years experience in die-cutting In charge, preferably in paper packaging.

· Familiarity with Cylinder & manual die-cutting machines.

· Good understanding of paperboard materials and quality standards.

· Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
