Working Day & Hours: Mon-Sat 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We are a premium fashion house specializing in luxury Western maxi dresses crafted with chiffon, pure silk inners, structured pleats, trims, and high-end finishing. Our brand is committed to craftsmanship, innovation, and uncompromising quality. We are expanding our team and are seeking a seasoned Master Tailor to lead our production department.

Role Overview

The Master Tailor / Sample Maker & Production Supervisor will be responsible for the complete garment development cycle — from sample creation and pattern drafting to managing the production team and ensuring flawless finishing. The ideal candidate must combine hands-on expertise with leadership and precision.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

✔ Draft, cut, and produce complete samples independently
✔ Develop accurate patterns for Western maxi dresses and gowns
✔ Lead and train stitching staff, ensuring consistent quality
✔ Maintain quality control for fit, fall, finishing, and construction
✔ Organize stitching sequences and monitor workflow efficiency
✔ Execute and guide advanced garment details such as pleats, ruffles, scallops, trims, and bias finishing
✔ Collaborate with the brand owner on new silhouettes and designs
✔ Maintain production sheets, measurements, and technical documentation

Required Experience & Qualifications

Candidates must have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sample making and garment production
• Proven expertise in Western wear, maxi dresses, gowns, and premium clothing
• Mastery of pattern drafting, cutting, lining, and finishing techniques
• Ability to lead, supervise, train and elevate a stitching team
• Deep understanding of garment structure, fabric behavior, and finishing standards
• Capability to independently solve technical stitching challenges

Applicants without Western wear sample experience will not be considered.

Selection Process

Shortlisted applicants will undergo an on-site technical test, including:

• Pattern drafting & cutting demo
• Construction of a garment section (bodice, sleeve, or neckline)
• Assessment of production management and finishing standards

Only candidates who pass the assessment will be selected.
