Knotting Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Knotting Incharge to supervise and manage all knotting activities within our weaving department. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth beam changes, high-quality knotting performance, and effective coordination between knotting operators and production supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise knotting operators & helpers across all shifts
• Plan and schedule knotting operations to support continuous weaving productivity
• Ensure proper preparation and alignment of warp beams before knotting
• Monitor knotting machine performance and coordinate maintenance needs
• Train, guide, and evaluate knotting staff to maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot yarn breakage, tension issues, and knotting defects
• Implement quality checks and minimize loom downtime due to knotting delays
• Maintain daily records of beam changes, knotting efficiency, and team performance
• Enforce all safety protocols and operational procedures
