Position: Senior Planning Analyst

Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 120,000
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Experience: 3–4 years (FMCG / Food / Pharmaceutical industry preferred)

Job Summary

The Senior Planning Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing production and material planning strategies to ensure optimal inventory levels, accurate demand fulfillment, and efficient utilization of resources. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on experience with planning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective Production and Material Planning strategies in line with business objectives.
• Execute MRP / DRM to ensure accurate demand forecasting and timely material availability.
• Perform Capacity Planning to optimize machine, manpower, and production resources.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align demand, supply, and inventory plans.
• Analyze Plan vs. Actual performance and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock-outs, excess, and obsolete inventory.
• Prepare and present planning reports, KPIs, and dashboards to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning, MRP, and Capacity Planning
• Experience in FMCG / Food / Pharma manufacturing environments
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
